In the remote Arctic city of Tromsø — the northernmost university town in the world — an unexpectedly vibrant underground electronic music scene thrives.
In this documentary we explore the pulse of this unique cultural phenomenon by delving into the lives and perspectives of four key figures shaping Tromsø’s electronic soundscape. We try to discover how a city of just over 70,000 people, isolated by snow and silence, has become a hotspot for cutting-edge music.
